Switching Between Business and Personal Accounts
It is not possible to switch between business and personal accounts. This means that if you have created a business (enterprise) account, it cannot be converted to a personal account, and vice versa.
If you wish to change your registration type but only have one phone number available, we recommend closing your current account and starting a new application with the desired account type.
