Lost/Compromised Card
If your card is lost or you suspect it has been compromised, you can block it and order a replacement directly through the app.
If your card has been compromised, follow these steps:
- Go to the fourth icon on the bottom menu bar.
- Tap on the second option, "IBAN/Cards".
- At the top, switch from IBAN to "Bank card".
- Select the card that has been lost or compromised.
- Tap on "Card Reissuing".
- Read the displayed message and click "Confirm".
- Enter your 6-digit Paytend password.
- Confirm the order details.
If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately block your card. You can always unblock it later if needed.
