Lost/Compromised Card

If your card is lost or you suspect it has been compromised, you can block it and order a replacement directly through the app.

If your card has been compromised, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the fourth icon on the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap on the second option, "IBAN/Cards".
  3. At the top, switch from IBAN to "Bank card".
  4. Select the card that has been lost or compromised.
  5. Tap on "Card Reissuing".
  6. Read the displayed message and click "Confirm".
  7. Enter your 6-digit Paytend password.
  8. Confirm the order details.

If you notice any suspicious activity, immediately block your card. You can always unblock it later if needed.
