Service Refunds

These statements clarify the policies regarding non-refundable fees and the handling of frozen accounts to ensure transparency and understanding for all users.

Non-Refundable Purchased Cards:

Purchased cards are non-refundable. The costs associated with these transactions cover the manufacturing and delivery of the cards. These expenses are incurred immediately upon processing your order and are non-recoverable, which precludes the possibility of issuing refunds for such purchases.


Non-Refundable Account Management Fee:

The €10 monthly account management fee is non-refundable. This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with maintaining our IBAN accounts, including monthly charges from the Bank of Lithuania and our service providers for each account. This ensures the continuous operation and management of your account.


Frozen Accounts and Management Fees:

For accounts frozen due to compliance reasons, the €10 monthly account management fee cannot be canceled and will continue to be charged during the period of the account freeze. This fee is necessary to cover ongoing administrative costs and the maintenance of the account during the freeze period.
