      Registration Proccess

      This is how the sign-up process for a Paytend bank account works:

      1. Download the Paytend App (Google Play Store/Apple App Store).
      2. Verify your telephone number (OTP).
      3. Set up a password that will be used to log into your account.
      4. Select the type of account you need (personal or business).
      5. Enter your residential address. 
      6. Verify your email address (OTP). 
      7. Complete Identity Verification. 
      8. Complete Questionnaire (KYC).

       

      Once you have completed the registration process our team will review your details within 1 working day. Once finalized, the status of your account will be updated within the app.
