If your paired smartphone is lost or stolen, don’t worry! Your Paytend account remains protected.
The app can only be accessed using your login password or biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face recognition). Without this, no one can access your account from the lost device.
You can log in to your account on a new device using the original login details you used when creating your account.
Once logged in, you’ll be asked to complete a facial verification check to confirm your identity and secure your account.
✅ We also recommend changing your password as an added layer of protection, especially if there’s any chance someone else could know or guess your old one.
