Lost or Compromised Card

If your Paytend card has been lost, stolen, or you suspect that your card details have been compromised, please act immediately to protect your account.

Lock Your Card Right Away

To prevent unauthorised use, lock your card as soon as possible via:

  • Our website here

This temporarily disables your card and blocks any new transactions.

Reorder a New Card

Once your card is locked, you can reorder a replacement directly through the app.
This ensures your funds remain safe and you can continue using your account without disruption.
