What to Do If My Card Is Blocked?
If you enter the wrong PIN for your Paytend card five times in a row, your card will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.
To view your PIN in the app:
1. Go to the second tab on the bottom menu bar.
2. Tap 'View PIN' under the relevant card to see your options.
If your card is blocked, you can contact customer support to have it unblocked.
Please note, before your card can be unblocked, you will need to complete an account ownership verification process to ensure your security.
