      I Don’t Recognize a Cash Withdrawal

      If, after reviewing the cash withdrawal and confirming the location, you are confident that your card has been compromised, please lock your card immediately using the app or our website.

      To lock your card in the app:

      1. Open the app and go to the second icon on the bottom bar menu.

      2. Click on "Lock/Unlock."

      3. Select "Lock."

      4. Enter your 6-digit Paytend password and click "Confirm."

      If you find your card after locking it, don’t worry—you can unlock it in the same section of the app.
