Account upgrade

Experience account: After successfully registered with your mobile phone number, you would have an experience account. You can view all the functions in the Paytend App in the experience account.
Primary account: If you want to further use the functions of the Paytend account, please click the "Experience" button on the fourth page of the Paytend APP to complete the information. After passing the review, your account will be automatically upgraded to a primary account. The primary account can accept funds transfer from bank accounts with the same name, e-commerce platforms, and blockchain platforms;
Standard account: If your current Paytend account is a primary account, please click the "Basic" button on the fourth page of the Paytend APP to upgrade to a standard account. After the upgrade is successful, you can receive a bank account with the same name, e-commerce platform, and blockchain. Transfer of funds from the platform.

 

Account upgrade instructions:

1. On the fourth page at the bottom of the APP, click the account status tab to enter the account upgrade page;

2. Click to upgrade now;

3. Choose personal account or business account to complete the information;

4. The account upgrade is complete.
