We hereby inform you that, by decision of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, the validity of Electronic Money Institution Licence No. 41 issued to UAB “Paytend Europe” has been revoked.

As of 3 March 2026, the Company is no longer authorised to issue electronic money or provide payment services. Please be informed that your funds remain safeguarded in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

We emphasise that settlement with existing clients is being carried out, and no new payment transactions will be executed.

To withdraw your remaining funds, please use the Paytend Mobile Banking Application, which is the only official channel available for fund withdrawals.

To initiate the withdrawal:

Open the Paytend Mobile Banking App and log in to your account.
Navigate to Profile (the rightmost icon at the bottom of the application).
Select Support.

1. Click Withdraw Your Balance.

2. Follow the instructions to enter your destination bank account details and complete the withdrawal request. Please note, that only withdrawals to an account held under your name will be supported.

Your funds will be transferred to the payment account specified by you with a credit institution, electronic money institution, or payment institution.
For security reasons, Paytend does not process withdrawal requests via email, telephone, or third-party platforms.

Our company was started from a small coffee shop in Nashville, Tennessee. Our founders met at a local technology meetup and both shared a similar mission. One month later the company was created and we moved into our first office.

Five years later, we have now grown our company to 100 incredible employees around the globe. We still have a small office in Nashville but the majority of our employees work remote.
