# What to Do If My Card Is Blocked?

If you enter the wrong PIN for your Paytend card five times in a row, your card will be temporarily blocked for security reasons.

To view your PIN in the app:

1. Go to the second tab on the bottom menu bar.  
2. Tap 'View PIN' under the relevant card to see your options.

**If your card is blocked, you can contact customer support to have it unblocked.** 

**Please note**, before your card can be unblocked, you will need to complete an account ownership verification process to ensure your security.
